What's better than The North Face's oober comfy Women's Denali Jacket? The Denali Jacket with down insulation, that's what. Goose down insulation through the body, shoulders and elbows is such a great addition to the classic Denali that Mother Goose herself would approve. The warm insulation and recycled fleece exterior lets onlookers know just how cozy, fashionable and eco-friendly you really are. Oh, and the Denali Down Jacket still has all those cool pockets you know and love too. You could probably fit a real goose in there if you wanted...I don't know why you'd want to though.

"outstanding jacket, great quality that will leave you wanting more"
This jacket is worth every penny. Outstanding quality and comfort, good materials and fit. I stand 5 feet 10 inches tall with an athletic frame, and the sleeves are still long enough, and the shoulders are wide enough. The core stays warm, but can still breathe when worn outside on a hike etc. Easy to layer underneath. Other reviews state that it does not block wind well, which is true however, i layered a t-shirt and a dry-fit long sleeve underneath and that helped to block the wind quite well. Over-all I love this jacket and will be back for more in the future.
"Worthwhile upgrade from the original Denali"
I bought my last North Face Denali almost eight years ago and it was time for a new one. That coat had been all over the world with me, but sadly it was time to retire it. I began looking for a replacement and stumbled upon the Denali Down Jacket. Bought it in black (classic) and love that it's somewhere in between a traditional fleece jacket and a puffer coat (but without too much puff). I do agree with the reviews saying that this coat fits slightly smaller than the regular Denali, so you may want to size up if you are in between sizes and want to be able to wear a sweater underneath. All in all, looking forward to wearing my new Denali this winter!
i bought this as a gift for my fiance and she loved it. she did say that the fit was a little more snug than her other fleece denali jacket, but it looked great on her. may suggest ordering one size up if you wanted to fit something other than a thin shirt beneath it. shipping was fast during the holiday season and packaged well.
I received this jacket as a gift for Christmas, and to my surprise the Medium doesnt fit like the original Fleece Denali does. It is a bit snug in the chest area and the sleeves are shorter than my other Denalis. I do love it, though. It was warm, really cute and exactly what i wanted...just too small. i suggest ordered a size up so you're able to get another shirt/hoodie under it. If you wear your jackets with a tank, actual size may be ok.
Love everything about this coat, great color (got the purple) and style. A step above the normal denali with the down top. Usually wear a med in north face to be able to accommodate thick sweaters and layers and this fits fine, would suggest going down a size if you want it really fitted.
"Hoping I love it! This will be my 3rd Denali in 10 years."
Ok, ok.....so I just purchased this jacket and haven't actually put it to the test, but this is my 3rd Denali in 10 years. Bought my first one when I was a broke college girl and wore it for 5+ years. Awesome investment! Then I bought a light blue Denali about 3 years ago when we had a 1 YO boy, another awesome investment but bad color choice with a little guy. Now I'm replacing the first two with a new black Denali since 1. it won't show the dirt as much as the light blue 2. we now have 2 little guys <3 and 3. I work for a large company and am on the move a lot through the day. I like the fact that I can still look 'dressy' with a (clean) black Denali and a nice pair of suit pants. :D
