"Great pack, not too many frills, not too few."

This is my second Terra, my first was a Terra 45, and I loved it to death. However, my sister needed one so I gave her mine. If your the biggest princess out in the wilderness, you can fit your whole wardrobe and your designer dog in here with room to spare. Highly recommend. North Face comes through once again.
I bought my Terra 65 last winter and have been using it since then. So far it has worked out great for me. The bag is big enough to hold anything you need for a few days. It has one huge compartment so it is hard to keep everything organized, especially by the last day of your trip. The waist belt does a great job at keeping the weight off of your shoulders. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
This pack is great. I'm 6'1" and and 140 lbs and the adjustable torso is a must for a tall skinny guy. Pack is super comfortable and holds all of my climbing gear with room to spare. I've had cheap packs and they will kill your back and shoulders. This pack is awesome!
Quality as expected from The North Face.. red color is awesome!!! I consider this to be a great buy because you are getting a big backpack for a cheap price... This model comes with the lower zipper access as small models do not.
This backpack holds lots of gear and is very comfortable and supportive. If you're a climber who likes to camp, you'll probably have trouble fitting all your gear in this pack alone. It might be a good idea to go a little bigger. This model doesn't come with the rain cover that the European version does, which is kind of a bummer.
The support on this pack is great. The hip pads are very comfortable. I can also put just about everything I need for a weekend trip in this pack. Sleeping bag, therm a rest pillow and air mattress and all the other essentials needed. I can also attach my tent with the straps on the back, so it really can carry just about anything you need. Plus the price is very reasonable for the size.
I love this pack. The three access points (top, side, bottom) is great and allows you to access gear in different parts of the pack without unpacking everything. The straps are comfortable and it sits well on my back. Definitely a solid pack from TNF!
I have had this pack for 3 years and i love it. It is a great value. It is on the heavier side but it is highly adjustable and it is very comfortable. It holds up to abuse and it still looks as good as the day i got it. I have had it on Hawaiis Nai pali coast and sections of the AT and it held up great.
As with all North Face products, the quality is really awesome and the north face has great warrantys for defects. It holds up great on rugged hikes. The price is great as compared to other packs that hold the same volume.Very comfortable, and the adjustable torso is pretty nice.
I researched this pack against others for two months prior to purchase. Pack fits well on my back, has hydration support, and a sleeping bag compartment. One of the main features I like it the long (vertical) side pocket that gives you access to the main storage space allowing you to get at your gear without taking it all out. Would like to see more external pockets and some internal organization. Outside does have some toggles to strap external components on, if desired. This pack does NOT come with a rain cover as advertised elsewhere - The North Face RC65 (from the UK) does, not the terra 65.
This pack is a great for what you pay. It has plenty of space for the weekend trip. The suspension system is comfy but the shoulder straps began to wear down overtime. Overall I would rate this pack as a B.
