I have big hands with thick fingers (I may be part Ogre...) and well fitting gloves are difficult to find. These fit my hands, and the textile has just the right amount of stretch to stay snug but not so much as to become loose after wear. They offer excellent dexterity and sensitivity for fine work. My only complaint is the bulk of the seams in the finger area. Fe Fi Fo Fum.
Bought these as a gift last year. They aren't super waterproof, but great for walking around or being outside on really chilly days, or keeping your hands warm at a football game. The color looks great (I bought the black ones) and they are so, so soft. They fit really nicely but aren't too tight. A really nice pair of gloves that made a fabulous gift that lasts for a long time because of the great quality.
These are the best gloves to have with you on a trip. Windstopper keeps out the cold yet they are still breathable. Even when wet they provide plenty of warmth.
In terms of gloves, I've had multiple pairs of the North Face powerstretch gloves that you guys might be familar with simply because of how stylish it looks. However, they do not keep your hands warm at all. The pamir windstopper does, all the way up your wrist and fits very well under the hand cuffs of any of your winter jackets.
