The DNP is built with a 100% nylon ripstop fabric and is then coated with a durable water repellent finish for light weather resistance. The underarms feature TNF™ Apex Aerobic fabric, which has a bit of elastane in it, so you can reach the next handhold with unrestricted ease. The 60 grams of PrimaLoft® One insulation adds just enough warmth to keep you cozy during your active adventure. Pair it with a base layer underneath and a hardshell over the top and you've got yourself a whole system of awesome. The North Face didn't stop there, they've added zippered hand pockets for hand-held essentials and when the jacket isn't being worn, you can stuff itself into one of those handy pockets. Handy, hehe.
