The Girls Oso Hoodie from The North Face is a durable and comfortable all-purpose jacket a young girl can wear during all her outdoor activities. This North Face fleece jacket features an elasticized hood, cuffs, and hand pocket openings to keep all your important extremities toasty warm in cold conditions, and the silken fleece is so incredibly comfortable your daughter may never want to take it off. Great to wear as a standalone jacket during the changing of seasons, or as a layer in more extreme weather conditions, this North Face jacket will be a favorite of your daughter until she has outgrown it to the point when the cuffs come up to her elbows. The Oso Hoodie is almost as wonderful as warm hot cocoa and mom's freshly baked brownies on a chilly winter day. Almost, but not quite.

"Great jacket I bought for granddaughter"
Love these hoodies for the toddlers as they are just the right jacket for most weather spring and fall, early winter. They are not bulky and the fabric is comfirtable. The hoods are a great bonus to pop up in a pinch!
This Northface is a great product for the $ spent. Bought a kids XL for 5'0" 105lb 12 year old instead of women's size because it was cheaper. Only thing is I wish the pockets zipped like other Northface jackets.
My daughter has been wanting this jacket for a few months - I finally bought it for her and she loves it. It is just as she wanted - warm and yet comfortable and stylish too. She wanted a fitted jacket. She typically wears size 11 but we got a size 14/16 based on the site recommendations. It fits her just fine. It was snowing out today but she insisted on wearing it as a layer to her full winter coat. It worked out just fine as she could remove the extra layer once we were inside. She plans to wear her coat to school. I am not up on the fashions of middle school but seems this is in trend with her friends. I am glad she is happy and that I don't have to convince her to wear her jacket anymore. At least now, I know she will have at least one layer on.
Very good looking, but lacks features that other high end ski jackets have. The powder skirt is hidden behind the inner jacket and is not adjustable at all. Therefore if you are thin, it is useless. The hood is not large enough to fit over a ski helmet either. Much better brands for skiing are Marker and Karbon. This Northface is better for recreational wearing.
