"Good quality but if looking for warm glove - this is nto it"
This glove is well made and nice looking. I was hoping it would provide more warmth that it really does/will. I would be keeping these if I was in need of a light weight glove - as the quality is great, just not for me
I was able to use my iPhone without problem with the etip gloves on.They work as a decent driving glove, but don't keep your hands very warm in cold weather. Anything below 0 degrees my hands still get cold.
Great gloves! Slim profile, not bulky. Works with touch screens on phone / tablet no problem. The added grips on the fingers and palm help securing your device in your hand. Won't keep your hands warm in a blizzard, but good for chilly weather.
I bought these to replace my previous North Face stretchy gloves that did not have the e-tip. Love the gloves but needed the e-tip. Emphasis on e-TIP. These are truly disappointing. Why? Because the e-tip is not actually on the fingertip and I don't know about you but I type and swipe on my phone using a finger tip not the part down where my first finger joint is so these are absolutely useless unless you like to try to play a game of swipe and roulette with these gloves because the accuracy is terrible based on where the e-tip adhesive is. Why would North Face not cover the finger tips??? Makes no sense whatsoever. Whoever designed these should be embarrassed of themselves, have they ever tried to use a smart device with these because I bet they couldn't. I will donate to a shelter that needs gloves because that's all these are. Bottom line: Overrated, overpriced and poorly designed. Shame on TNF. SHAME!
Bought these as a gift for my husband and he really likes them. I ordered these in his usual size, L, and they fit perfect. He loves wearing these while taking the dog on long walks, they keep his hands warm.
"Keep your hands warm and still use your phone!"
I have been looking for a perfect pair of gloves for my walk into work! These are not bulky and the grippers make it nice to hold onto your phone. I like that I can use my phone without taking off my gloves. They would not be something for extreme cold but they work great for everyday (driving, shopping, work, etc.)
"Works with your smart device as expected"
I owned the Etip gloves from a few years ago and I can tell you the new Etip gloves feel much more streamlined than before. My old pair had too much going on with the design that they put on the palm side. These look cleaner and also feel great on your hands. They are also true to size. Don't expect these to keep your hands warm on cold days when it's near freezing out, but it's better than not having any gloves on. They work great with your smartphone or tablet! If there were any negatives about this, and I'm nitpicking here, is that TNF went with a printed on logo instead of a stitched one. I would recommend these to anyone.
