"Decent base layer" 11/08/12

Bottom line: this will keep you warm and does not stink! The fit seems to be true to size through the legs, although (as with most clothes) these are meant to fit a "typical" person, meaning that if you are fit, there will be a gap at the waistline. Oh well, it's not like I'm just going to be wearing these around. Overall, the quality (thickness, softness, feeling of durability) seems to be quite good, with one caveat: they are a little scratchy. That's not to say they are unbearable, but it can be a bit annoying. Perhaps it's something that will go away with a few washes.Overall: a good product. I would buy again.
