"Disappointed.." 05/07/13

After just 2 washes and wear cycles these socks:- Have shrunk quite a bit- They don't stay up on my leg - I have to keep pulling them up- They have developed significant pilling- Holes have appeared in some spots where I have used one of those electic fabric shavers to remove the pillingDisappointing since the fabric is quite comfortable.

I love smartwool socks for the comfort, quality, warmth and wicking properties. Love that they have a style line for all other dress socks I've owned either my feet get cold or sweet to much and these are a perfect balance with comfort

"excellent casual everyday sock" 10/01/12

My go to sock brand come fall/winter. This particular sock is perfect for a casual outting. not too thick to make your feet sweat, but just thick enough that your feet feel nice and toasty

"Expensive" 12/10/11

I have two pairs of these one I wore a lot and the other I never wear. Both pairs are wearing thin in the heel... sort of expect that from hanes but not 20 dollar socks. overall better socks out on the market that hold up better.

"muchos comfy" 11/13/10

These socks are rad. After nearly a year they are still comfortable and stylish, with only a tiny bit of fray. Sometimes I pull up the leg of my trousers a bit to show them off while reclining.

"If you have to wear socks to work, this is the way to go." 09/10/10

Unfortunately, I have to wear socks to work, and even pants that aren't waterproof most of the time. The Smartwool line of dress socks are exactly what you would expect from Smartwool; basically the best option out there. I treat them just like my other Smartwools, only wash after 3 or 4 wearings since they don't stink and they don't lose their shape. I wish they made more styles than just the plain and argyle, but that is no reason to fret.

Nice Looking dress sock. After a couple of washes they fall apart. They are warm.
