I was looking for something to wear casually for early spring and late fall up in the pacific northwest. For me, in the 10-13 degree C weather its OK. Anything colder and this thing isn't warm (Albeit I do get cold easily). That aside, this thing looks awesome! It has a very technical look to it, and after wearing it often for 6 months, the wool has very minimal fraying.
I am a fairly active individual that also tends to overheat easily. So far this garment has adapted well, keeping me warm when I need but also not sweating through my shirt after I've walked 2 blocks. After initially being hesitant to drop the money on it, I'm now really glad that I did. It fits well and if it wasn't so damn stylish, I would probably wear it everyday (people definitely notice it).
Really like this jacket, being 6'3 220 with long arms it is difficult to find clothes that fit just right. The sleeve length is perfect just like in the picture. Wife loved the way it looks. Only problem is this is more for 40 -50 degree weather. Anything lower than that and you will remain cold.
I have to admit that this piece is badass. It looks supercool ( I have the black on black) and holds up well on the mountain or traversing the urban jungle. My only beef is with the price. It's warm, but it's not THAT warm.
