Just can't go wrong with Smartwool, and lightweight makes a perfect baselayer. Any heavier and I get too warm when active.

"Excellent warmth to weight"

This shirt rocks! Smartwool makes great products, and Moosejaw sells great products! This top is less warm than the Smartwool midweight top. When it is used as a baselayer, it is perfect for wearing under a hardshell for adventures during the MI winters. Also, it looks great if you put it on sheep.
