This boot had great construction, however, discovered that it has no insulation. It is designed for speed climbing on ice walls, where it isn't in very much contact with snow. It is a great boot if you are an ice climber, but if you are the standard peak bagger or want to tackle higher altitude mountains, look for the Mont Blanc or Inverno boots.
