"If you size the Ruff Wear Barkn Boots right they are amazing. Your dog may hate them at first, but they make a huge difference at the end of the day. When you first put these on your dog they may seem big, but remember that their paws need room to splay out when they hit the ground. Every dog is going to be awkward with these at first, and to be completely honest my dog still isn't the biggest fan, but they allow him to go snowshoeing with me during the worst conditions in the winter. As long as we are moving he doesn't mind them too much, and we can stay out for hours without having to worry about snow and ice cutting his paws. You will definitely need to tighten these up once or twice during use, but I still love them and they work great. Ruff Wear makes products that are designed for dogs and they work, plus there is more tech in these dog boots than mine. They have a Vibram sole, a mesh and softshell upper, reflectors, and hands down are a sweet winter dog boot that works. In the end they are well worth the money, plus you get a good laugh the first time the dog tries to walk in them."
