"Not too shabby for double-walled Stainless Steel"
Actually wasn't able to order this from MJ since they were out of stock, but I got it from Backcountry anyway.I filled up the 0.75L bottle 24+ hrs. ago with just-boiled water and a single teabag, closed it up and left it in the window sill. Outdoor Temp. Variation: 14C to 20C back down to 14C, no sun. Not extreme, nor significantly cold, temps. After a full day the tea had cooled from boiling to that perfect tea temperature where you can just begin taking sips without burning yourself (probably from 100F to ~45C). 0.75L was the perfect amount for 2 full mugs of tea. Maybe not as insulated as a glass vacuum thermos, but definitely safer, hardier and downright sexier. Haven't gotten a chance to use it on the trail, crag or riding (bike messenger) but I'm pretty confident it'll hold up to my abuse. Bottom line: Get it.
