This tank top is amazing, the fit is nice, and long enough to not show half your back in a downward facing dog, actually it mostly stays put. I opted for the larger of my size range and at 5'4 and 130 lbs I feel pretty happy with the medium. The self bra is, well a shelf bra, they are never great but it could be worse, at least they used the same wonderful material from the top in the bra. The material is an amazingly soft micropoly with a little spandex blend and is the most wonderful peach fuzz stuffed animal but not to heavy texture. Micropolys are nice because they do a good job with wicking moister thereby keeping you from feeling sticky but also helping to reduce smell issues.
