"Great bottle love the spot for the clip." 04/29/13

Love this water bottle, packs up nice and small. Tough managed to drop it several times and it survived the plunge. Got a clip for it to hang off my bag really handy and easy to take every where would recommend getting the bottle with spot for clip over the standard Platypus bottle makes it more travel friendly for sure.

"Sweeeeeeeet." 05/02/12

It's great for most anything. Hiking or climbing, it's lightweight, and packs down fabulously when it's empty. If you're just using it for the everyday, not only is it easy to carry, (especially when empty) but it's a great conversation starter, and it will get girls to talk to you. Which is the point of cool stuff like this, right?On the negative side, it's pretty hard to wash, and keep it away from sharp things. (The polymer is real durable, but a sharp pencil, or a pocket knife would be more than a match for it.)

"Great wine-hauler!" 03/11/12

I used this sucker as a wine bag on our multi-day hiking trips for a bit of a treat with dinner after 10+ mile days. Its a pretty sturdy thing and folds flat and can be stored really easily in your pack.

"If you need water to survive than you need this..." 08/14/11

We all know how important water can be... I mean there are what like 5 survivor shows telling us that.. (man where would we be with out their help ;) ) I honestly cant believe how long it took for someone to make a folding yet sturdy bottle but Platypus delivers once again. I have switched all of my hydration needs over from that desert animal brand over to this company. Well worth it and easy to clean!

We all know how important water can be... I mean there are what like 5 survivor shows telling us that.. (man where would we be with out their help ;) ) I honestly cant believe how long it took for someone to make a folding yet sturdy bottle but Platypus delivers once again. "Nice way to cut weight" 08/13/11

When someone asked me, "Why do you carry 1/2 a pound in bottles?" it change my life. I'm not uber light in cutting off excess threads and straps, but lighter = more enjoyment or more room for extras like a book, SLR or bagels. Stands up fine even mostly empty but big deal if it falls although when mostly empty, it'll fold over and get your sports top in the dirt (cap it). The opening is small you may have issues filtering to it or putting in energy drink mix. If you're cheaper, a great tip is to get a 32oz gatorade wide bottle. It weighs about the same and it'll last you a month. I mostly use this for running now - it's still wonderful.

"Awesome idea!" 05/10/11

These things are really nifty when backpacking. They are very durable and stand upright when filled with water. I bought two different sizes and haven't stopped using them. They are also great to put in a day pack as back up bottles. Very cool design!

"handy lightweight collapsible bottle" 04/01/11

I use this backpacking in addition to a 3L platypus reservoir with a drinking tube. It comes in handy for purifying water with micropur tablets due to its 1L size. It is also useful if you need to carry extra water, as well as easier access to your water at the times you're not wearing your pack and don't want to go to your pack and find the drinking tube. It doesn't have much structure, though, so be sure to close the cap before you put it down or it will fall over and spill all your water.

"great bottle, seriously!" 12/28/10

Its super light, folds up very easily, nice squirter, and it just looks cool! plus, it never smells bad it its much cheaper than those silly and expensive MSR bags!
