I'm a bit squeamish when it comes to hydration packs. I tend to go a little crazy cleaning mine and not until I bought (and used this) did mine ever really feel clean. Don't know if it's just piece of mind, but knowing that I've cleaned and scrubbed the tube out makes me feel much better. My boyfriend has a camelbak pack and I have an osprey pack and this scrubber works great for both of them even though the tubes are different sizes. Glad I got it. Just with it came with a cleaning fairy to do the job for me.

"Does exactly what it claims - and then some."

This product works great for cleaning your Platypus water bottle's and hydration packs - whether they be Platypus brand, or some other brand. The skinny snake like tool is great for clearing out your lines, and the larger wand tool is great for cleaning out the hydration bladder and just about any water bottle as well! I've used it on a Nalgene bottle, a Stainless Steel Kleen Kanteen, and even a Thermos. Nice!

For my boyfriend's birthday,I did my fair share of research (as he was intent on finding th perfect water bottle) and came across THE PLATYPUS. What I appreciate about the Platypus is that it isn't pretentious. What you see is what you get. It is first of all SO LIGHT, seems like a dream. There are times I forget I had a water bottle on hand. It's that light. It's durable!I was so impressed with the Platypus I bought one for myself and I take mine to class, yoga, pretty much wherever I go and it pretty much remains as good as new!nalgene bottles, aluminum bottles, forget those. be different. be smart. get a platypus.
