Petzl is always a reliable brand, although sometimes a bit more spendy, you get what you pay for. When its your life on the line, dont skimp on quality. And these are quality.
I was at first a bit skeptical about the pin style gate on this... but then it came time to jump on the wall and WOW. These are by far the best and highest quality draws I have ever used, and I have used a lot of them. I have now bought 15 in total and they are the only draws on my rack. I would highly suggest buying these!
I bought these guys in a pack just before a weeklong trip to the Red. I used them extensively throughout the week and they performed just fine. Easy to clean but may be a little harder to clip for those of you with larger hands. I usually stay away from skeletonized biners since their lateral tensile strength can be scary on anything other than overhangs (which is why I felt fine using them at the Red). Otherwise, they are what they're advertised as.
"They're crazy light, and clips are buttery."

My favorite part about these draws is that that they're so much easier to clip with my cursedly small hands. The design and angle of the single wire gate just allows for more effortless clips. Solid click of the gate, and overall feel is noticeably better than other draws, as is usually the case with petzl goods
you just don't know Petzl quality till you hold it in your hands. I have quit buying cheaper stuff and just decided to go Petzl all the way. If it comes too safety there is no reason to spare a few bucks. and anything to keep me going and not slow me down is worth it. Someone on here described them as sexy. Absolutely! love the 17mm, I'm sure the 10mm will find there place soon enough.
I love these, Petzls clean wire design is incredible. it is just as durable as a Spirt going past half a million gate cycles with ease. most other wire gets lose gate tension at 40,000 cycles. however its the shape that has me carrying them everywhere. they slide on bolts just as well as on bomber passive pro. I like the skinny sling because it is bar tacked in a way that avoids the draw twisting very nice. thats twisting is why i hated BD skinny dynex slings. and of course you get petzl's french quality... which is good..
"I really like the ANGE, but the 10-cm's are a little short for me. Just style preferences..."

The ANGE s's are...relatively small, but they are the lightest thing I have ever trusted my life too. I really like the MonoFil latch design, and it's just a little extra security. The action is very smooth, and there's really nothing to complain about. Very light, strong, and sexy...what more could you want in a quickdraw? The sling does seem a little thin, but Petzl has a lot of backing behind their name, and I have no reason to not trust it. Another nice feature is that one end is designed to keep the biner in the position that you place it so it's not sliding around on you when you just want to clip in.
