Every few years I invest in a good fleece jacket, and the R3 is perfect under a light parka. Also, I have a few conditions which make me cold all the time so I wear heavy fleece inside all winter long (yes, with the heater on). Great quality, fits like a glove (fyi 5'8" 123lbs., could wear a S but got M bc of 36D). Haven't washed it yet but I'm sure it'll be fine. I went out of my color comfort zone and got the Cochineal Red and it looks awesome. The other brands' fuzzy fleece look cheap when compared to this- yes it's pricey but well worth it bc you won't need to buy another one in years!
