Very warm - good fit - I'm 5'10, about 195 lbs and the large fits perfect. Kinda have a long torso tho.Seems to be made really well, and it's really comfortable.The only thing is the tan color is not really tan. It's more like gold, which isnt really my preference but it looks nice enough and I guess if you were actually hiking (although I would probably not take a vest hiking, personally) the reflective gold color might help keep you safer??? I dunno. All in all, really nice, very comfortable, warm, and looks good.
I received the vest as a Christmas present; it is warm, stylish, and the colors are really wonderful -- However, it has a boxy fit. I am 6'3, and 176lbs, and the Large is too large for me. I think I a medium would fit by body type better. If you like the regular fit, and plan on layering a lot underneath then I suppose is is true to size, but otherwise, I would order a size down. As much as a love Patagonia, I am never confident that I will order the right size with their products, but when I get a great fit, I am never disappointed and it last for years.
Great product. I purchased this vest for a number of reasons: it is down, super stylish, and Patagonia makes great stuff. I am 5'8", 145 lbs, 31" waist, and I got a small. It fits perfectly with just a t-shirt underneath or a heavier sweatshirt or a lightweight fleece. This vest feels like a hug from a warm pillow. It always keeps my core the right temp, but I really like having my arms uncovered. I'm surprised how versatile it has been, works and looks great for really any occasion. The pockets are very warm and it is also has two button pockets, which is really nice to keep things secure. Very happy with this vest, you should get one.
I've wanted this vest since last fall\winter season. We had a mild winter last season so I never ended up pulling the trigger. I'm glad I waited because this season's new colors are rad. I ended up getting the Charcoal/Gray in a size medium and the fit is perfect! Pockets a bit small compared to my previous vest but they still do the job. You cant deny that this is the best looking vest currently available. This vest is not puffy and true to size. I am 165 and 5'7" and it fits just right.
This vest is so comfortable, and warm. Not only that, the vest is not really poofy or shiny at all, if you're looking for something less flashy. I bought the navy and red vest with the tan lining. It keeps me warm, and looks good while doing it.Love the vintage styling of the contrast colors, would highly recommend this product.
Love this vest! I got a brown one (to wear with jeans mostly). I am very pleased with ALL aspects of the vest. The vest is warm, stylish, and has nice features including the easy snap snaps, and the inside zip pocket. I have recieved more compliments from family, friends, and even strangers who like the retro style of it. I got this blue one to wear with Khakis & I got my brother 1 for Christmas too! If I find something I like and I feel good in it, I buy two of them because to many times I have loved something and over time it has become lost, stolen, damaged, or worn out. I then try to get another one and they are discontinued or they still are made, but feel or look different.
This is a great vest. Not too puffy or shiny like many others. The red delicious color is gorgeous. Bought this for my man and he looks fantastic in it. The sizes run a little big (wide) so I had to return and order a size down...
I got this vest for my husband and I know he's going to love it! The fit is a "regular" which means a little roomier. The color is gorgeous and it look great with the Long Sleeve Good shirt in prussian blue. I can't wait for him to open it on Christmas morning!
A true cold weather vest, that doesn't leave you cold like most other vests I've tried. Light enough for spring and fall, but plenty of down fill for the winter months. Fit is mostly perfect, possibly a little short (I'm 6'2") and I wouldn't want it to be any shorter. Great style and great colors.
This is incredibly stylish , and you will for sure get the ladies with this hot item. The vest is also crazy warm with massively deceiving pockets. You will pick up the ladies with this one.
