I am 35 years old, 5'6" and 120 lbs. - I took a chance and ordered a kid's XL since it was such a great price, and I am pleasantly surprised it fits great!! I had researched alot online but it was a toss up as to whether or not it would be long enough in the torso and the sleeves, and it fits just as a women's small would fit. The material is nice and I like the moisture wicking effect when I work out. Ladies - save some $$ and order the kid's size!
