Ok, so I never buy anything without thinking about if for approximately 87,369 days because I hate spending money and then I just annoy myself because it's all I can think about so I have to break down and buy it... Y'all know what I'm talking about! Well I needed a puffy vest and I wanted one that would last me years and years so I wasn't going to buy some $30 vest. I stumbled across the previous review about how the woman was 5'0" and super petite (same as me) and bought this vest because it was much less expensive plus it fit perfectly. It was also on sale for $69 when I saw it so I ordered it and BAM! Fell in love within 10 seconds. It's SO comfy and warm without being soaking hot on the inside and the pockets are soft fleece. I'm sure it's also great for kids, too because it has draw strings on the bottom to keep out snow or something. I'm probably never taking it off.
I bought this vest for myself in a size Medium, roughly 5'0. I fit into the women's down sweater vest as well, but wasn't willing to spend 170 for just one item. Poor college student status actually, and this buy was a great find! The torso fits just as well as the women's Extra Small but the only different I found was how the zipper closes towards the bust area. It is more fitted in my experience but going up a size would have made the fit boxy. It's still a slim fit similar to the women's but for a hundred bucks less! Also instead of having just one cinch draw cord to adjust the hem (the women's vest), there are two in this one. Overall, a great buy!
