"Very difficult to close, undermines usefulness of product"

Was looking forward to using this and usually expect good OR products. It may be me, but I can't figure out how to quickly close the seal, it's like a ziplock closure but more burly. I can't use it if it takes me more than 15 minutes to close. Will return.
