I bought this pack about 2 summers ago (2011) and still love it. I love the size and all the storage. It is not gigantic, which is great for me since I am only 5 foot, and I feel many similar packs were just to big for my frame. The only draw back to this pack is the lack of side stretch pockets, I like to keep a water bottle or 2 for the dogs in an easy access location, without these pockets I either have to take my pack off to get one or have someone else dig through it for me. This probably wouldn't be an issue for most but it a preference thing for me.All in all is a great pack with tons of room for everything, very comfortable and still stylish! I would recommend it to a friend.
What can I say. Moose Jaw does it again. Me and my wife have been searching for her a pack for a while. I own a Osprey pack myself and know how well they are made. After doing lots of research we decided to go with this Auro 50. My wife is about 5 foot 6 inches and she loves the pack. Theres plenty of room with the 50L pack size. This was the first pack I’ve ever used, and I love it! My hubby is responsible for recommending it; he did weeks of research on reviews/comfort/reliability/warranty and he picked a winner! (but then he also picked me, so I know to trust his judgment). I’ve taken it on two 3 day hikes with 20-24 lbs in it and was very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed!
I love this pack! It's my first pack and I bought it to carry my climbing gear on trips. It holds everything I need it to and more. The best part - even with it jammed full of everything you could possible need (and some things you don't) - it doesn't feel like you've added any weight. I recently went to Colorado and probably had about 30lbs of stuff in it and it felt like I had only added 2, and the AirSpeed suspension keeps you super cool even when it's 90+ degrees outside. I absolutely would recommend it to any lady looking to buy a good pack.
I actually bought the 35 and not the 50, but it seems they don't have that one any more. Anyway, these are awesome packs. I used mine on a 9-month trip around the world, which included China, Nepal, and India. The pack still looks like new. OK, I did take good care of it, but in countries like India there's only so much you can do to take good care of your stuff. The pack totally stood the test of time. The only thing that "broke" was the elastic of one of the side pockets, but it was my fault since I carried a Nalgene bottle that was too big for it, it was obvious I was pushing it too hard. So, in short, I fully recommend this pack.
Bought this for my girlfriend for her Birthday. The pack is real light, while also being supper adjustable. The shoulder straps and waist straps have Velcro for supper easy adjustment and super strong. The pack is made so well, the outside doesn't seem to blemish or stain whatsoever. I'd suggest some compression sacks for this bag or have some light gear. The pockets are amazing, Like the super stretchy front pocket that just engulfs gear but also allowing it to air out if it's become wet. The front daisy chains are almost hidden but can add a lot to the pack. At only 50 liters it can still hold a lot, but would be impractical for longer hikes.
This pack is great for the 3 day campathon, but go beyond that and you start to run out of room for supplies. It's great fitting and like mass light, very adjustable. I'd definitively say this is a sweet pack. Girlfriend loves it! sweet bday present btw.
