I've been taking this with me cross country skiing on a regular basis. Such a clean and well thought out design. Pockets and straps make sense and are convenient for attaching ice tools or an ice axe. A fleece pocket where you can put your phone and it will stay dry and not get scratches, and a clip to hang out your keys. It also has an insulated place for your water reservoir, which runs through insulated front straps. To bring out the water house, you just unzip the strap and you can bring it out, and put it back it and zip it back up. I've been out plenty of times in weather below 0 and the water isn't freezing up.
Overall this pack is awesome! I used it hiking, sledding, and heli riding, in AK for the last two weeks. I have been beating this pack up( not on purpose), and it has held up awesome. All features on this pack work so well. I am stoked on this pack!

The Osprey Kode 22 is a snug, low profile ski pack that comfortably hauls my gear on the ascents and rides extremly well on the descents. Dual wet-dry compartmentilization keeps my wet gloves, hats, etc. from drenching my down clothing. The insulated hydro system has suprised me by not freezing up yet however, I must admit I have not tested it in extreme sub-zero temps. Panel loading provides easy access to gear and the fleece lined goggle pouch is bonus as I am pretty hard on eye wear.
