Drop it on cement and it dents, but that's obvious. Otherwise, this is exactly what you'd expect. The seal is tight if you twist it all the way. It's fun to sticker up. Buying new tops is pretty affordable (about $5 for most of them), but I do not suggest the Sport Cap (which is the top you can drink directly from like a traditional sports bottle). It has a loud bubbly gurgling sound every time you try to take a sip. No matter what I do I sound like I'm a newly un-beached whale guzzling in water. I attach this bottle to my pack and it doubles as a cooking container because it's good on my little gas flame thing-a-ma-jig.
I switched to an all Stainless Steel bottle when my plastic bottle froze solid while winter camping. Tossed this bottle in the fire with the cap removed and was able to melt the ice back to water. Bottle did great, no problems.
So easy to clean, such a great way to put swagger in your step. You can add ice easily, drink easily, and it won't break if you drop it off a mountain. It's the way to transport your fluids. Go for it I am actually awaiting the arrival of my second one.
Keeps water cool and great to hold and looks good, but spout is wide so it can be hard to drink and top can be hard to remove when screwed on tight. The Green is a little hard to see, it's not as bright as in the picture.
"Great bottle for everyday use and outdoor use!"
This water bottle is excellent. It is stylish and trendy so I can take it to work but it is also great for outdoor use. I can put any liquids inside without it smelling all funky and it is easy to clean. The great thing about this bottle is that i can throw it straight in the fire and boil water inside of it (be sure to keep the lid off at that time). Try that with most other bottles and the seams will not hold up. It is my drinking bottle and boiling pot on many trips. This bottle pretty much rocks! Except when it hits rocks. It does ding if dropped hard or if something hits it. However, the dings and fire charring makes you look pretty rad when you rock your battle-scarred Moose Jaw Klean Kanteen bottle at work meetings.
