Our new Rock Rings CNC 3D by Metolius excel at pull-up related exercises as they allow supination and pronation of arms and shoulders for ergonomic pulling. I put these up in my garage next to my bouldering wall. very good for strengthening fingers and core as you have to keep from swinging on these. get em!

"cheap, easy to use, and fun" 04/19/13

These make working out fun! I've also got a hang board but these are nice because you can hang them up, take them down, or adjust them easily. The free-hanging aspect adds a cool twist to your workouts too.

"Best training holds for the price!" 04/09/13

Love them, i use them hanging and bolted on my wall as a fingerboard. Great to look like a badass doing two finger pull-ups. Great to train on rest days.

these are a great addition to a standard pull up bar because they allow you to work on finger strength at different angles with all the different pockets. much easier to use in my cramped apartment than a full size hang board!

There are countless ways to use these simple rings to compliment your climbing training, or for overall upper body workout. You can hang them using the included slings, or screw them in directly through the hole in the top hold.

"Super convenient" 03/20/13

You can do training anywhere. I tied those to my pull up bars. They are nice. Better than pull up bars because you can train on the slopers and pockets. However, if you are more serious about finger strength training at home, you should get a full size board.

"A Real Smoker On the fingers" 01/29/13

Attached these bad boys to my pull up bar. Needless to say the pull bar is just an accessory to the Rock Rings. Got these as I started climbing more and have improved my finger strength when I couldn't go get on the rocks. Well worth getting.

"Buy them you will love them." 01/23/13

These things are awesome. Great for pull up circuits and any finger strength. I use these complimented with a hang board to keep in shape during test weeks and finals. They are awesome get them. you wont be disappointed.

"Excellent purchase" 12/25/12

I am currently trying to break in to the v5 range and was hoping that a pair of rock rings would be able to get me there. Needless to say, they sure did. Now that I am cooked up indoors for the winter 70% of the time I really don't want to workout. Having a pair of rock rings hanging in the house makes it easy to get it in some type of workout and a great tool to motivate yourself.

"Love Them" 10/12/12

I've had mine for almost a year now and I still use them all the time. I have them hanging in my basement right next to my computer. I find it impossible to walk by them without hanging from them or cranking out a few pull ups. There is nothing negative to say.Buy them and enjoy!

"Boulder climbing" 09/05/12

It is best for climber .especially for indoor climbing. I installed it on my house stairs and hang it after work . you could installed in company. Where the height is much more than the space in house. It is useful to increase strength.
