I'm always looking for reasons to use this pack. I recently went a little overboard on the souvenir shopping and needed to check my carry-on full of maple syrup so I moved a four-day weekend's worth of clothes into this fantastic little pack. And even with the pack so full it stayed comfortably on my hips while running around the airports and amusing myself during my layover. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. And the color is great too! :)
The balance of this bag is all wrong. If you load it up it flops back real bad. The belt gets loose so your constantly adjusting it. I might use it to a ball game , but for trail work it sucks. It's very uncomfortable. I've been a big fan of the Marmot product, but they got this one all wrong.
I have used Marmot packs religiously over the past 15 years for sports photography. Camera companies try to make them but they never seem to get it right. They compromise comfort with trying to put so much into the packs. So you'll end up with the lump sagging on your front pr back. But the Marmot packs are very stable.
I wandered into Moosejaw looking for a bag that wouldn't hurt my back and something I could take on my bike...I found this great booty bag!! You have to like pockets if you're thinking about getting this bag. Looks great as it shakes down the sidewalk behind you!!
