This helmet fits reasonably well and is comfortable enough to wear all day. It does sit a bit high on the head and isn't the most photogenic helmet but it will save you from a falling rock. Also a headlight is held very securely by the clips on the helmet.
I love this helmet because it's very confortable and it will stay in your head. You can put a flash light on it with no problem. When I'm climbing i have never hit my head but you never know. I feel safer with it on. While caving this helmet has saved me from a lot of pain because in some places when you lift your head you will hit the roof or some rocks and trust me you want one of these protecting you..

It's really awesome thing. You almost don't feel it when it's on your head. I tried some Petzl and BD helmets also. This beats all of them. At least in comfortability.
If you hate having your thinking mush splattered all over a dark cave with the possibility of zombies running amuck, then buy this helmet. It does a fine job keeping your noggin intact and fits very well despite how large mine happens to be. The only sucky part is that the cloth material is hard to clean if you are getting muddy, but what's the point of wearing this thing if you aren't planning on getting down and dirty in the first place. Keep the zombies at bay and buy Mammut. You don't want to be the next member of The Walking Dead do you?
