"LIGHT" 02/12/13

Holy cow, is this biner ever light! For real! Because of this, I've gotten a lot of these little guys and have combined them with Mammut's similarly light slings to create a killer rack of ultra-light trad draws. These are awesome biners to have plenty of--you can throw them in your pack and you won't even notice. Despite being ultra light, they still have a high-quality feel and handle really well.

"Lightest full size I've found!" 10/02/11

I am not a climber so I cannot speak to the climbing performance of this biner, but I am an avid backpacker who appreciates lightweight gear. I typically carry 2 biners with me when backpacking, and recently came across these which are nearly 1 oz lighter each. They are amazingly light and boast the same kN ratings in both directions as the ones I was previously using. They are stamped as Made In Italy, and have a very slender profile. They are slightly smaller than the ones I was previously using, but by all means still a full sized carabiner.

"excellent, but with one flaw." 01/17/11

So far, everything about this carabiner is quite nice except, the notch for the wire gate is larger than it needs to be. This leads to it getting stuck on gear loops when unclipping. If they were to make this notch ever so slightly smaller, i don't think it would get stuck on anything anymore and would then be perfect in every way.

"RAD!!!!! Best superlight biner made." 10/30/10

Very light, high quality finish, big enough for use with gloves, easy to clip, racks compactly, good design. MUCH easier to handle than the Nano or Metolius FS, much better finish quality than the BD Oz (hello Chinese manufacturing) due to it's Italian heritage, cheaper than the DMM offering (not by that much now tho). I use these as the backbone of my rad trad/alpine rack, they are on both ends of superlight draws, are on my cams and I carry 4-6 loose ones.

"good keychain" 09/30/10

i've never used this for climbing but it holds keys really well, and i have used it to try and pull a truck out of the mud. It's still going
