The Icebreaker Women's Tech T Lite SS is a versatile t-shirt for travel, the trail, and everywhere in between. The Tech T Lite is ready to be your base layer under warmer layers in cold weather, and will wick sweat and breathe in the dog days of summer. The 100% merino wool is naturally odor resistant, so feel free to wear it for a couple days in a row. Laundry is so overrated.

Absolutely the best sport wear going. I wear for biking, running, and hiking. Keeps me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. How does work? Wool is the best. Icebreaker products are worth the moola.
I've tried a lot of outdoor shirts for backpacking and climbing and this is my go to. Or I should say that the 6 colors I have in this shirt are all my go to. It doesn't smell, ever. I've worn the same one for three days hiking in the southern Utah desert and still looked new and smelled fresh when I got back to the trailhead. I've spent 4 days climbing in one in JTree. I wear the black one in mid summer climbing in full sun and don't actually get that hot. On days the sun goes down early and everyone is layering up I'm still comfortable in the wool short sleeve. When I do need a layer it's perfect. It really does keep you warm and cool. Looks great. Long enough to stay under a harness or backpack. I once bought a wool tshirt in every brand offering them and returned them all but this one. Not a bit scratchy. Dries fast. Occasionally offered with patterns too. I can not write enough how much I love this shirt. (5'7" and 140 I wear both the Medium and Large comfortably)
This is THE perfect T shirt. It runs long, which is really great if you're tall and sick of T shirts that ride up if you move at all. (If you're short or short-waisted, I would seriously suggest buying this and getting it hemmed up a bit. it's that good.) The length makes it good for backpacking, as it sits properly and doesn't bunch up at the hip strap.Since it's thin wool, it's comfortable in a really wide range of temperatures and manages sweat well. In the metro grey, it's a light enough color that I can wear it from the low 50's to the high 70's and be comfortable. It's soft and comfortable against the skin. It does not smell (as many synthetic fiber shirts do after a while) and can be worn during travel or backpacks for days in a row. I wash it in cold water and hang to dry (dries quickly too). The sleeve length is very flattering and overall it's cut quite nicely. I'm gradually acquiring this t shirt in many colors as it really is perfect.
