I have carried this bag on multiple day hikes through out the white mountains of Nh. It is super comfortable and rides very good, I hardly realize it back there. Large enough for multiple days. The only down I can come up with is there are no straps to attach something like a sleeping pad to the bottom.Overall I am very satisfied.
this pack is a great general purpose bag. it is light and feels really nice on the shoulders. i hiked across northern Michigan last summer and the this pack never failed me. it held everything i needed from my little jet boil to my tent and clothes. my favorite feature is probably the waste straps they are comfortable yet sturdy. all in all i love this pack and would suggest it highly.
"Excellent pack for lightweight multiday excursions!"

Have experienced multiday trips in the woods with this product. Bag, agnes pad, 2p tent, jetboil, sawyer filtration, 2 liters of water, clothes, food, and toiletries = giddy up for less than 40 lbs without a hiccup. Will be taking this pack down in the Grand Canyon for a 3 day 2 night Hike/Camp...yes I did get that permit that you wish you had and you forgot 4 months ago to apply for it ;-)
This is generally my climbing at the crag bag. It fits a 60M rope, harness, gear, shoes, 3 sets of layers, water, and other what-nots perfectly. The bag also is great for camping and adventure travel, however, I would not use it for urban travel, as it is a bit big for that. The added 10L compartment is great as you can separate it from the rest of the bag incase you want to put something important down there. Over the bag is a good one!

I use this pack when going on day hikes. It feels very light and could reasonably carry 30lbs. easy. The hip belt and shoulder straps are padded well and the adjustable harness is very easy to manage for different torsos. For the price, it's hard to beat...plus Deuter covers their packs with a lifetime guarantee. Buy it!!
