"Read other reviews with grain of salt." 01/30/13

Of the four other reviews on this product, three are by the same person (Nikki) - so I'd take that into consideration. My best advice would be to go into a store and try these suckers out in person. I received mine as a gift, but otherwise would have returned them. These are marketed as a rugged slipper, so my planned use was for extremely short dog walks, and around the house. They are good at neither. I've never experienced a shoe/slipper like this that caused my ankles to roll in. It's terrible. The sensation is like wearing a pair of cleats with all of the interior spikes removed. I've never had this problem in my life, until these were on my feet.
