The Canada Goose Women’s Camp Down Hoody is a lot like a jacket, but it’s called a hoody. I’m not sure why. The Camp Down Hoody provides protection from the wind and cold with its hip-length cut and drop tail, windproof exterior, and 4-way adjustable tunnel hood. Plus, you can tell all your friends that you have a hoody with 750 fill power Hutterlite white duck down. I bet they don’t. If that weren’t enough, this Canada Goose gem also features brushed tricot at the back neck and inner pillow pocket for that little extra dose of warmth.

i was surprised how small the box was when delivered but the coat seems to be warm enough for an average NYC winter day. i got the blue one, and the stretch cuffs on the sleeves were blue in the photo but the coat i received had black stretch cuffs. the side zip pockets are roomy enough for a phone/wallet. i'm thinking the sizing on this hoody runs a tad smaller than the parka-style coats. i'm roughly a size 4-6 and i thought a small in the parka-style was too baggy. i got a small in this lightweight hoody and while the chest and arms fit fine, the waist hem is very snug and there's not much stretch in it. i tried to pack the coat into the inside pocket (to become a small travel pillow) but i couldn't quite get it to zip up. i was hesitant to get canada goose cause of the big patch logo but they make a good utilitarian product that's casual, not frumpy and doesn't look too sporty (e.g. like you're heading to the slopes). the material has a subtle sheen to it.
