Favorite biner hands down. Still large enough not to be fiddly, LIGHT, snagless nose, not stupid expensive, and you can get them color coded. WINNINGThe only other racking biners I use are the nuetrino, cause they're so damn cheap.
"Tiny full strength biner a great option for attaching your leashes to your technical ice tools."

A specialized tool. I use a pair of these to connect my technical ice tools to my leash. When girth-hitched to my harness, this gives me a full-strength temporary personal anchor to rest on if I am gripped, while still allowing quick detachment.(google "DIY leashless ice tool tether/umbilical")The other option would be the Metolius FS which is slightly lighter and slightly stronger, but lacks the little hood thingy on the wiregate. As a quickdraw biner, It's a too small to use for the bottom. Others may find it OK for top use but in my opinion it's too small for that either.
