"my new favorite layer!" 02/19/13
This thing is phenomenal. Like most say, it fits snug and athletic. I'm 5 foot 6 inches, 145 lbs and couldn't ask for a better fit with the small size. the gusseted armpits make it superb for gymnastic sport climbing, it has yet to limit my mobility in the slightest. Mine is in buckeye red, and it makes me look like a bad @$$.
"Great!!!!!!" 01/28/13
My wife ordered this for me in the bright blue. Like all Arcteryx, it's superb quality and fit. Great alone or as a layering piece, material is very soft and fits true to size. My wife says the blue make my eyes look bluer:-)
"Awesome Soft Base Layer" 12/24/12
I am 5'5" 150 lbs, and small fits me perfectly including the sleeve length, shoulders and chest. It is incredibly soft, yet very warm. I use it as a base layer, and is warm enough with just a shell over it for Washington D.C. winters. I am looking at buying more, so i can wear it 5 days a week! You don't regret it.
"Fantastic Base Layer" 12/14/12
I use this jacket almost everyday during the winter. I wear it around the house and when i go out hiking. I wear this jacket under the Marmot Kingpin jacket and it works great. It's a base layer so it's very warm and soft, however doesn't do well at in in the wind. Fits very true to size, i'm 5'10" 175lbs and a large fits me with some extra room. The jacket works great during the spring too on those cool mornings. I also use this jacket on some of my chilly runs, works great as long as there's not too much wind out. I ended up getting the gray which is a little bit darker than the picture shows, but the color is great. Can't go wrong with Arcteryx.
"Antoher excellent shirt from Arcteryx" 10/02/12
This is my go to shirt for cool weather. Very lightweight fleece and yet very warm. The zipper is longer than most other brands so you are able to cool off your core if you happen to overheat. With Arcteryx you get what you pay for, and this shirt is no different. Will defiantly be order more colors of this shirt to wear this winter.
"Very warm" 09/05/12
This is a great light weight fleece..... Very light weight. For its weight it is exceptionally warm, great for fall or spring hiking. Im 5 11 and 150 pounds and a medium fits snug, i could fit a large or medium well. The inside of the fleece is really soft which can make it hard to get on over a long sleeve wool shirt. If its hot out it can pack down to nothing in my backpack. I love the tad bit long zipper in the front for venting and the collar, when zipped up is not to tall but tall enough to keep your neck warm. Just dont expect a mid weight fleece, this is light, oh so light. Material doesnt feel super durable but feels very good quality.
"This is an awesome product and rivals wool products for warmth and versatility." 01/13/12
I wear this pullover in 20 F weather with wind and had to unzip my all in one hard shell/ mid layer jacket as I was getting too warm. The price justifies the purchase as you get more than your money for it. I have other arcteryx products and this one like the others is very high quality and craftsmanship. I plan on getting another for the cold Michigan winter that is now upon us.Tom
"Great Fleece!" 01/12/12
Very Comfortable and warm fleece. I use this as a base layer with a synthetic mid and a shell and the combo works perfect for cold days on the hill. Great quality and everything you'd expect from Arcteryx.
"Great pullover, bit pricey but comfortable and worthwhile" 12/15/11
Extremely warm and cozy. To me, this matches up pretty well comfort wise with the Max Garver fleece from Moosejaw in that its a lightweight midlayer type clothing. also this pullover reminds me of that new grid fleece the army issues you nowadays. Overall, a good buy (though lotsa similar choices at that price range) for a solid brand
"Very warm~!" 09/22/11
The very first thing I noticed when I tried this on was that this is WARM! I almost didn't need any other jacket or sweater when I was walking around outside in 30degree weather. The texture is extremely soft and looks great too. It is a little pricey for what you could get for another brand or whatnot but as with most anything Arc'teryx, it is very very nice quality. You spend a little more money for something that will last ALOT longer. I highly recommend this.
