I go barefoot all the time as much as i can get away with. These Vibram are perfect for the person that know how to walk and run bare foot properly so it give more added protection for that hot asphalt or when trail running and you do not watch where your feet are being placed and you step on something you should not like a possible peace of glass.These are great for ultimate Frisbee I love them, i play bare foot when i play this sport because i can get on the ball of my foot like when i did in track to get my speed sense you cant use track spikes playing this sport and cleats just slow you down digging in the ground. I also got these because i don't like having green feet for a couple of days.Highly recommend for the experienced barefoot person. If you do not walk or run bare foot and new to these use caution till you get used to wearing them because if you go strait out and run trails in them and always used shoes you are likely to hurt yourself not having experience barefoot.

"these are my new favorite toe shoes" 04/13/13

checked these out to replace my old falling apart KSO's and I couldn't be happier with them. slipping on the LS is real easy and once you break the toes in a little bit they're very comfortable. with these you don't get quite as much of the barefoot feel as you do with KSO's but they offer a lot more protection which is going to be nice on the trail.

"So far so good." 01/14/13

I got these because I worked a football camp and noticed a lot of the coaches who had played professionally were wearing them. They raved about them, said they helped with all of their back and joint pain. I bought a pair of these for my dad and for myself. I've been pleased so far, but definitely recommend going a size up (maybe 2?) especially if you're as flat (and fat) footed as I am.

"my boyfriend loved them..." 01/05/13

my boyfriend has a few pairs of 5fingers and these are his absolute favorite. they are comfy, dont stink like his other sneakers and look great too! he had a hard time finding the right size for him, so i suggest checking out vibram's website for the sizing conversion chart.

"Perfect Vibram model for wider feet!" 09/10/12

My husband was so jealous of my 5 fingers, that he wanted some of his own. However I had my doubts since he has ginormous and very wide feet. We went to the store to try a few on, and these were really the only model that worked for him! There were a few others he couldn't get his foot halfway in! Now he's hooked and wears them every day even to work :)

"Excellent all around barefoot shoes!" 07/27/12

The KomodoSport LS are the best all around Vibram shoes for multi-use in my opinion. Bikila's are great for running in a straight line, but if you need to turn or pivot, the KomodoSport has the extra padding and design to accommodate sports and and a wide variety of training (hence the name "sport" in this shoe). If you need the VFF just for running in a straight line, I would recommend the Bikila LS, if you need a water sport shoe, there are VFF's for that, and if you want to run, but also turn and pivot (like you would in sports, be it volleyball, frisbee, basketball, tag, etc), I would recommend these KomodoSport LS. Very comfortable!

"Best choice I've ever made" 05/13/12

These VFFs are awesome shoes. Period. That's because They don't feel like shoes. They're like a second skin on your feet. Yesterday, I was asked "are those really comfortable?" my simplest answer was " is being completely barefoot comfortable?" you get all the comfort without rocks and sticks in your feet. Awesome investment.

"PERFECT" 04/26/12

Hands down the best pair of all around five fingers Vibram makes. Super comfortable. Great fit. Great material and build quality. Prepared for ANYTHING. And - Sexy. I use these over my other 3 pairs as often as possible because of all these reasons. Ok. mostly just the last one. Buy these shoes. You will not be disappointed. I even feel like a ninja.

"Great first pair of Fivefingers." 04/10/12

I was told from numerous sources that these would be the best pair for someone new to Fivefingers, and they were perfect for me as they are classified as cross-trainers and allow lateral motion. Take it easy on your first few runs, because your calves will quickly give you their two-week notice if you don't. I like the quick-lace system, but I have a feeling that the Velcro straps might give a tighter, more secure hold on the heel. All-in-all, after wearing these for almost a month running, in the gym, and daily walking, I would have to say they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn and would recommend them to anybody.

"If you're looking for Comfort, Function, or Fashion" 03/24/12

This is it!I've tried on a series of Vibrams and these have to go into my number one spot as overall best. It is trendy, comfortable, breathable and it isn't restricting, so if you have a wide or flat foot, this generally would be more comfortable than if you had the strapped ones such as the regular komodosports. Better than the classics, just not as light and you can't "feel" it as much. Perfect for a cross trainer!
