"I'm Damn Happy!!!" 04/22/07

This is one of the better ideas they have come up with. Instead of just having a locking pin like some of the old racks, which let your rack still wobble.I installed this on a Thule 916 now the rack is secure but also tight against the receiver hitch NO WOBBLE!!!
