"I don't leave home without it!" 06/06/13

Feels like sleeping on a sofa or a super skinny bed. For being only a couple inches thick it is very comfortable and radiates a lot of body heat back.

"Slept Like a Baby" 04/06/13

I had the most comfortable night's sleep I've ever had in a tent. At 6'2 the large pad fit me wonderfully and fit easily inside the pad straps on my bag. I did not find this pad to be loud and crinkly as others stated. The large version quickly inflates with 19 full breathes. Rolls up small and light. Kept me warm even on a sub 30 degree night. Highly, highly recommend.

"ultra light comfort" 12/09/12

This pad is extreamely comfortable. I am a large person at 6'3" 220lbs. I have had a number of pads none of which have been as comfortable as this one. I was sleeping with my pack under my legs to help with lower back pain while backpacking. This pad is the only pad i have ever been able to sleep soundly throuout the night without something under my legs. The reflective material inside does a great job of retaining heat although you will still need something between you and it when it drops below 35 degrees. I cannot speak for its durabiliy as i have not owned it for longer than a year. However, I could not be more pleased as of right now.

"By far BEST Term-A-Rest out there!" 11/30/12

When I found it at the store, I was super skeptical. It is TINY, the size of a Nalgne bottle, and super light weight. But the hunk of a sales man recommended it, so I figured, what the hell, at least I'll impress him by buying it. Well, not only was he pretty, but he was right!This thing is the bees-knees. Over 2 inches of delicious airy padding, I never got cold with just my summer bag, and it's that cool flashy yellow. Was perfect for summer in the Rockies. The only negative is it makes crinkly sounds if you roll around in your sleep. So, if you like to fight ninjas in your dreams, this might not be your pad, otherwise, GET IT!

"Even better than the original NeoAir" 11/14/12

This design is even better than the original NeoAir keeping with the same light design it provides a better R-value allowing me to use it in the middle of winter around PA. The tapered design keeps the weight down to a minimum. It would be nice to have a optional air pump for the days when i am not hiking that far.

"Super comfy once you find the right inflation level" 11/07/12

I've been using a thermarest ProLight for quite and while and I wanted to switch to something a little less bulky and a bit more comfortable for an extended trip into red rock Nevada. In terms of size, you can't beat this - it packs smaller than a nalgene and only takes a minute or two to inflate. That said, at first I found the NeoAir XLite to be almost too firm (maybe I blew it up too much), but after 2 nights its inflation level seemed to hit the sweet spot and I had some of the best nights of sleep under the stars that I've ever had. Definitely a great 3 season option.

"Very light weight and comfortable" 11/05/12

A good pad that doesn't weigh a great deal and still has the length to support my 6' frame. They are not as warm as their foam counterparts but since Winter is only about 1/4 of the year I still get a lot of use from this sucker. Be sure to use tyvek/ground cloth so that twiggs or sharp rocks don't puncture.

"You'll thank yourself" 07/28/12

So light i don't even realize i have it inside my pack. Best for going ultralight, and yet still cheap. Extremely easy to fill up, and just as easy to deflate. Its about the size of an one liter bottle so its easily stored in a water bottle holder on the side of packs. One thing I do dislike about this sleeping pad compared to others ive used is that it is a big noisy when you move when laying on it. But all in all, i give this a 10 out of 10!

"This should be in every backpack" 07/09/12

Most say that they can't wait to get home and be in their bed, but I think this bed is one you can feel outdoors and at home. I have an air matress bed at home and I would rather sleep outside on this. A must have for any backpacker that craves comfort and relaxation after a long day of exploring the universe.

"compact and light, but not as comfortable as mats with foam incide" 06/03/12

I was hoping to switch from Trail Pro pad to XLite, but found some drawbacks in the latter:- top is non-fabric and not so comfortable- it's very rustling when tossing and turning on it (possible due to metallic strips inside)- there is no foam, so nothing prevents air to freely move inside a pad. This results in non-optimal support and sort of cheap air matters experience (especially when compared to Therm-A-Rest mats with Pressure Map foam inside)Conclusion: get if if you are willing to trade some comfort for significant space and weight savings.
