"Love the Figure Fit of this Jacket!!" 02/21/13

This jacket really isn't warm enough all by it's self for Buffalo, NY winters. I really love the fit of it. Just for reference, I am 5'7", 135lbs, 34D and the size medium fit me perfectly. Thank you Moosejaw for such great deals so I could afford to buy 2 new jackets this year.

"I would buy a million if I could!" 01/02/13

This jacket is warm, comfy, soft, and wonderful. I love it! I chose to buy the white and then returned it because I realized that I'm way too clumsy to own white and it stay white. The white is sporty looking, and I loved it. I bought the black instead, and I love love love love love it. I wish I could wear it all day everyday. The sleeves are long, which I LOVE because I have long arms (they are a bit longer than the Osito). I love that the sleeves have cuffs, and they are still much nicer material than typical sweatshirt material. I would buy this in a million different colors if I could. It holds up great, and I always take it with me on a hike for warm, non sweaty cozy happiness.

"Amazing purchase" 12/31/12

I received this as a gift for Christmas and I absolutely love it. After my parents read reviews they bought me a size up - which was a great choice since it fits perfectly. This jacket provides a lot of warmth and is extremly soft on both the inside and outside. Lots of pockets to place items, ties to make it tighter around the waste. Overall an amazing product that I would recommend.

"Love this jacket!" 10/16/11

I bought this jacket for my daughter. She gets TONS of compliments on it. It is a form-fitting jacket so pay attention to the sizing guide; its spot-on. You would need a bigger size if you plan on wearing a sweatshirt or thick sweater under it. My daughter is 5'3" and weighs 109 lbs and the small fits just perfect with just a skosh of extra room for thin layers. Great for fall evenings down into the high 30's so far. She hasn't had it long enough to know about anything colder than that yet.

"I love this jacket!" 09/11/11

This jacket is amazing, it's super soft and comfy...and looks great too. I have had it for almost a year now and it's still in great shape. I ordered a medium, and probably could have gone with a large, especially if I want to wear a sweatshirt or something heavier under it. It fits snugly, as it's a fitted jacket, so if you're planning on layering, go for a bigger size. P.S. - I <3 MOOSEJAW...their packaging was very creative...and I loved the bumpersticker :)

I absolutely love this jacket. It's great for cooler weather and it's very stylish. I ordered a large and have a large bust and was worried that it might not fit well, but it's perfect!

"I LOVE the fit, but only for layering" 04/25/11

I really love the fit of this jacket!!! It hugs your curves and stretches with you, never binding and always feminine! If this is meant to be used as a layering piece then I strongly recommend you buy this figure flattering, soft jacket. If your looking for a stand alone fleece, this one will leave you out in the cold..not thick or warm enough..for a stand alone non windproof jacket I recommend the north face oso hoody...very warm and super soft & silky..the scythe is not a silky fleece..if you are interested in wind & rain protection I love my softshell thermal from the north face..but the scythe is a super cute, curve hugging layering jacket!

"This jacket rocks. Super soft, extremely comfortable. Looks great and it does the job!" 03/28/11

North Face products are top of the line (or my line anyway). We who live in extreme places year round love how their gear withstands even mother natures worst days. My scythe came in today and I haven't taken it off since. It's light weight which makes for an easy wear and it's warm enough to go without a hoodie or added layer under it (even in March in Alaska). There's no constriction so the jacket moves with you. Its a little on the snug side (that's what Alpine Fit means, by the way, opposed to Standard Fit), so I ordered a size up. So if your favorite Denali is a small, you should get this in a medium. Overall, this jacket just became my new everywhere-every-adventure jacket. Get one.

"this is the AWESOME" 02/02/11

I love north face products!! My original plan was to get the women's oso hoodie because I think its super cute, but once I received it I realized the arms were much too short. I'm 5'9" and I got some pretty lengthy features. My sister got the scythe jacket to begin with so I tried hers on and fell in love with it. I took the oso back and got the scythe, its very form fitting, extremely warm and perfect for tall people! Such a badass jacket.

"great all arouond jacket" 01/17/11

my daughter loves this jacket. was a little dissappointed that the red tabs on zippers werent red.(she's a u of ark student), but still comfortable fit and soft fleece. she is a small girl, tho 5'7" and she got the large so she could wear anything under it. doesnt look big on her at all. just comfy. loves gray around sleeves and hem. keeps dirty look at bay.
