I live, work & play outside in the Pacific NW. I used to wear normal tennis shoes & everything soaked through the mesh. FINALLY I bought these!They fit true to size & were as comfortable as my Asics. I've worn them biking, trail running, & long distance hiking through rough, hilly & wet terrain. After 6 months, they are still waterproof & the soles still have excellent traction. I wish the gusseted tongue extended farther up, but so far have not encountered any problems. I definitely recommend! They are light weight & with the water/debris protection, I will never buy another pair of traditional tennis shoes. These are comfortable & supportive enough to run/hike in and wear everyday!
