These are very comfortable and breathe well during running. And afterwards, they hardly ever stink! Love them, plan on getting more if they ever wear out!
These are quality running socks. They are comfortable and lightweight. However, I wouldn't say they are better than any of the other running socks I've worn. They didn't have any amazing qualities to comment on. They are good socks though.
I have always loved smartwool socks and own many pairs, but I was looking for a lighter weight sock that would be more suitable for those humid summer hikes. Well this pair delivered. They are super comfy, so lightweight, and dry crazy fast. While hiking, my pinky toes have a tendency to rub and get red, well I have easily logged over 40 miles in these socks and have yet to have any rubbing at all! They work well with the shoes! Just an FYI, the green on the sock is brighter in person than in the picture.
I wear size 7 in street shoes, size 8 in running shoes, and find size medium in these fit the best. They keep my feet warm and dry in colder months, and are lightweight enough for warmer months. They stay put and never creep down during a long run, and have held up very well from washing and drying. They're the holy grail of running socks. I'm so glad my quest for the perfect running socks is over now that I've discovered these!
I love smartwool to begin with, but the ankle cut makes it perfect for running. Socks and shoes are critical for maintaining comfort in a run. Feckin' deadly!
These socks are great, although I prefer the Light Micros over the Ultra Light. These socks have helped get rid of my blisters and have gotten me through 10 mile runs comfortably. They have held up well and have lasted 2 years without any signs of wear. Since I am right on the border of the small to medium sock range, I have tried both and have personally found the medium more comfortable. Definitely recommend them for runners!
