The Prana Men's Stretch Zion Pant is a durable pant for climbing and hiking. The blend of nylon and spandex creates a durable fabric that readily follows your every move. A durable water repellent adds a boost of water resistance, beading up droplets on the fabric surface that can be quickly brushed away. The internal waistband cinches down to hold the pants up properly, eliminating the need for a separate belt. If you can't live without your flashy belt buckles on your off days, don't despair, the belt loops are still on the pants. When the day heats up, roll up the cuffs and secure them with a snap to wade in a nearby river. As much at home in Zion National Park as in any other, these pants are always ready to scramble up your favorite route.

SPECIFICATIONS of the Prana Men's Stretch Zion Pant
These are seriously the best! They feel just as comfortable as my track sweats and yet couldn't be better for climbing. The side pocket is well placed and has these cool zippers that lock when the pull tab is placed on one side. The built in belt is small and remains out of the way while still ensuring my pants stay up at all times. The length is great and when it gets hot the breath well but you can still roll them up and keep them up with the built in snaps.
These are kind of a mix between Softshell and lightweight pants. They have some weight to them, but aren't too hot. They are made to last. The cuffs are rienforced in the back so they are clearly built to last. They seem to be really abrasion resistance and the DWR has held up well so far.
The pants are the real deal. From the crag to the bar, they have you covered. These are my go-to for sport climbing and bouldering and after six months of wearing them a few times a week, they are hardly showing any wear and tear.
So far I love these pants - light, comfy, stretchy and airy. I'm 6'4" and sometimes a 34" inseam doesn't quite work for me, but the size on this pair is perfect. I've only worn them casually, but ironically, I'm going to Zion next week so I'll get to try them out hiking and climbing. My only (sorta) regret is I got the khaki and I'm thinking maybe another color would have looked better. Guess I'll just need to buy another pair.
These pants are great for climbing and general wear. Never again will you have to pull up your pants before that heinous high step, heel hook or stemming crux. The built in belt works great and the snap cuffs are great for looking at fancy footwork. Great pants
Not only is everything the other reviews claim true, they stretch, they're comfy, they look cool, etc. But also, I swear you don't have to wash them at all! I mean, baring bodily fluids or whatever, but they really hold up well to general wear. Of worthy note, the charcoal color looks even better with a fashionably strategic layer of chalk dust.
Holy cow, these pants are the best thing ever.Basically I needed something as awesome as this to take with me on a month trip backpacking through Japan. My brother bought a different pair of pants along with these to take along with us. I purchased these a little before my trip and had to convince him to put them on 2 weeks in, but once he did he never turned back. Best pants for best value. I'd recommend to anyone.
The brown pants have skinnier legs than the khakis.. so keep that in mind depending on how you like to wear your pants. Khaki's almost seem baggy in a way and the browns fit almost like skinny jeans. Either way you can move in them! Best pants ever.
Material is durable and has a small amount of spandex that allows it to stretch when needed. Pants are lightweight and had a small amount of water resistance. I'll be using them for warm weather hiking but probably would require a base layer underneath if your in cooler temps and not on the move.
