"Look great and work well for climbing and casual."
I bought my first pair of Axiom's about a year ago. I was sick of tearing up my street jeans while climbing.I like these jeans so much that I started wearing them as everyday pants. They look great and function well for both. It's easy for someone lazy like me to just go straight from work to the gym and not have to worry about changing.I bought a second pair like 2 months later and I pretty much rotate between the two.So far they've been durable. I climb at the gym 2-3 times a week and wear them to work everyday and I haven't noticed any holes or rips so far.The stretch is nice. There's never been a move that I felt I couldn't do because of my pants. They do tend to loosen up if you wear them for a week or so. (I'm gross, I know). But they tighten up the next time you wash them.My only gripe is that they're expensive. $80 for a pair of jeans is pretty steep. But they got on sale often enough that you can keep an eye out to save some $.
Wish you had my size... Sizing option is a little tricky in your description.. They come in different inseam length and sometime it give them and other times it just says wait size so not to clear which is which.
This jeans can be summed up in three words: comfort, durability, and practicality. Whether your crushing in the boulder fields, cranking up sport or trad routes, or pounding beers at the bar after a hard day climbing these jeans are great! I bring them on every trip I go on (climbing or not) and they have become my favorite pants to travel in.
"So comfortable its unfair to everyone else!"
I got a pair of these guys or I suppose they could be girls, I'm not one to judge on the gender of my jeans...anyway I put a pair of these on and WOW! They are super comfortable and have a great look. I literally felt like I was wearing sweatpants they were so great. I would high recommend these to anyone they is looking for a durable jean that also has a great look and feel as well. But, what do I know I'm just a doctor...of fun!
I've worn these jeans at least four days a week for the last five years. They've climbed with me, sampled expensive whiskeys in fancy clubs, and even fought off some ninjas that one time.* They're insanely comfortable, with just the right amount of stretch to catch a gnarly heel hook if you need to. And the leather accents and the bit of contrast stitching on the side gives them just enough flair to look like a pair of designer jeans no one's ever heard of. Oh, and my wife thinks they make my butt look really good too. Get 'em. They're tough, comfy, and feel broken in from day one.* Note: only two out of these three experiences ever really happened.
