"too snug in the hips" 05/11/13
I really really wanted to like this jacket but the hips were too snug on the XS. The arms fit generously (but comfy), bust and waist allow for a couple inches of ease but the hips were too snug to be comfortable. I'm 5'3" (33-26-35) and a little short in the torso. I thought the fit issue might be due to my height but the jacket is pretty much straight down below the waistline. I tried on the Small but it felt gigantic.
"Slow clap for Patagonia" 05/06/13
I have been looking at rain jackets for months and finally pulled the trigger on this one. AND BOY AM I GLAD I DID. It's awesome. Fits great, plenty of room for layering, looks awesome. I bought the white one and was a bit worried about getting it dirty but it washes up just fine. The material can be a little noisy when you're moving around but that's okay, it just calls attention to the awesomeness that you're wearing. I've used it for hiking and fishing out on the lake and it's been fantastic. It keeps you dry without suffocating you. Love it.
"Amazing jacket and great a shell for any weather!" 04/10/13
I got this for a rain coat and biking shell for spring but I am amazed at the versatility and the great fit! Women's shells and rain coats tend to be too short in the torso and have two short of arms so I wind up soaking wet no matter how waterproof the jacket was designed to be. This jacket is great and doesn't have that problem! The regular fit allowed me to layer a fleece under it for use on a light snow day in April and it was long enough that it kept me dry (5' 10"). Even though it is a regular fit they still tailored it to be feminine so I don't feel like a marshmallow once I add a layer. It folds into it's pocket which is great so that I can take it on the go to school or on a hike!
"Amazing coat" 04/04/13
This is a must buy if you need a thin waterproof jacket to layer with other clothes. its styllish and moves well. The green really pops i get lots of complemiments. The hood stays secure which is better than those jackests where it just falls down. The fit is great and would look amazing on everyone.
