"Most comfortable bra...EVER!" 02/10/13
Stretchy, yet keeps everything in place. Soft. No awkward, itchy seems. Simple straps. Cute colors and designs are always a plus too. Perfect for everyday wear and, of course, for activities of all varieties. Need new a bra? This is the one you buy!
"Super Comfortable and Great Fit" 05/10/12
Patagonia knows where it's at. I'm 32 around and decided to go with the small. It was love at first wear! Great support and really breathable. I wear it rock climbing, running, hiking, and more. I had read the reviews before buying, and I won't lie, I was somewhat nervous to buy online because of sizing. Went in to the store and saw it, and now it's my favorite bra! Some might say it's a bit tight or the straps cut in to your shoulders, but honestly, mine fits me like a glove. I am thoroughly satisfied with this bra! This bra is DEFINITELY worth a try.
"Low impact use or smaller chested women" 03/03/12
There isn't too much support in this bra. I wear it backpacking but not running because of this. I am too lazy to take off my bra at night (especially when it is cold out and you know that you will just have to put it back on in the morning). Therefore I like something a bit looser. This is the one. It does have a life span though. My lasted two years and then got all pilly and itchy. That being said I wore it on two month long trip and a couple shorter ones, so it did its job reasonably well.
"Love it, but TIGHT!" 10/13/11
Ok I know sports bras are supposed to be tight, but when ou can't breathe it's a problem. Was thinking from reading the other reviews I should go for a size bigger and I went against my better judgement, now I'm in the exchange process.
"My store-fitting experience" 10/08/11
First of all, I did not end up buying this bra....I'm a 34C and the medium seemed to fit well around, but the straps were not as tight as I prefer when running and vigorous hiking. Tried the small and strap lenght was great, but I felt squashed and the bra made those yucky fat rolls on my back. If the straps were adjustable, the medium would have been perfect. In all honesty, I think I prefer extra tight "ups" when working out, though...Hope this helps!
"Hard to find the right fit.." 08/06/11
I am by no means a large chested person (30/32B) and I have had real trouble get the size right for the bra. I first ordered the small and while it held the boobs in place great, the shoulder straps dug in and caused a slight back roll under my shoulder blades. I sent it back for the medium which was also a little on the tight side. I ordered a large next and it provided no coverage at all. I don't know if my body is just incompatible or if Patagonia has men making these bras... I would recommend trying this one on in store.
"I wish it had adjustable straps...." 06/20/11
This bra is super comfortable and gives great support. My only complaint is that the straps are not adjustable. I have seemingly short shoulders and the straps are a bit too long for my liking. I wear a 38C in regular bras and the XL fits me perfectly.
"Great traveling bra" 06/07/11
I just got this in the mail. I am a 32 around and ordered a medium, and it is really nicely fitting. I don't think I would be comfortable in a small. Things to keep in mind when deciding to purchase this: It comes up pretty high, so it might not be ideal for everyday usage since the bra would stick out of any lower cut shirt, you can use it as a swimming top if you want!, It looks larger than if fits and the material is really nice and breathable. I am excited to travel with the bra, i don't think I'll need to bring any others!
"most comfortable bra ever!" 05/03/11
i thought Patagonia had the market on "most comfortable bra EVER" a few years ago when i first started wearing the Active Mesh bra, but the newest edition has some rad improvements! what's new? the material is now even more lightweight and silkier, plus there are two cut-outs under the arms for even better breath-ability! the bra still has the market on being incredibly comfortable AND supportive! such a win! Patagonia added the Active Mesh bra to their Common Threads Recycling Program so it's built to last and they will help you recycle it when it's time to retire it. sweet. i don't plan on wearing any other style of bra again! Patagonia knows how to keep the chest happy!
