Although they've been few and far between, there have been some warm days so far this spring. I've worn this shirt under a Polo shirt and it worked very well, no sweating and even if I had, with the Gladiator Odor control, who could tell. I've been hand washing with Woolite to avoid any problem with the material losing its breathability from fabric softener, and laying flat to dry. the shirt is good to go in a very short time. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a base layer or stand alone tee.
If you live in a hot or humid climate or like to push it in warm weather, this could be your go-to T. It is for me. TheSW1 calpilene is lighter than in previous years (I'm a longtime fan of calpilene)--it breathes extremely well and dries even quicker than past versions. The fit is closer at the waist than your typical T, which makes it good for layering. Shoulder fit is more generous. I'm generally a Large for a standard T, but the Medium fits great. It's comfortable when I'm getting a sweat on, but it doesn't look like I'm sweating when I'm done. It's so stylish, I just wear it for casual wear. Like I said, my go-to T! Grab a handful of these, at this price, it's a steal.
very light shirt, normal fit. I'm between a Large and XLarge in Patagonia and this shirt is as expected (a bit big as XL and just a bit tight as L). It is almost see through. Very super light material. Great for hot weather.
"Fantastic as undershirt, too thin for outer layer"

I'm a huge fan of my Patagucci cap 1 SW stretch tee, so I thought I'd give the non-stretch version a try. It's certainly lighter-weight, but the material is thin enough that both the gray and white colors show an uncomfortable amount of nipple. It's fine if you plan on wearing this as a baselayer or undershirt, but I'd recommend the cap 1 stretch as your go-to athletic tee.
Lightweight and breathable, this shirt is great in the summer. Keeps you dry and dries fast when wet. Great while wearing a pack or during any physical activity. I'm 5'6" 150 and I got the small, but it is a little tight. Should've got the medium.
really light weight, slim fit, feels fairly durable, the gladiodor stuff works decently well, after a few days there was definitely a noticeable smell but it wasnt horrific. dries very quickly, very comfortable as well
I own around 3-4 of these. They do exactly what they say they will. which is a great thing. they absorb/wick moisture away from your skin during strenuous activity, running/jogging, or simply being outside on extremely hot days. A must have for runners or people that love being active or outdoors on blazing hot summer days.
"Perfect fit, keeps you dry, comfortable, and stylish"

Soft and smooth hand, nice form-fitting cut but not too tight; runs true to size (5'8" muscular 190, med fits good). The "silk weight" refers to the lightness of the cloth, and it is true that it feels very light, even for a shortsleeve baselayer. But it's also almost as smooth and soft as silk.Dries quickly and doesn't bunch up under mid layers, and looks nice even for around town. I'm gonna swap my cotton undershirts for these.
