Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect pant for all snow sports! I bought these for my husband for Xmas and man, was I impressed. First off, my husband is 6'3"-6'4", about 185lbs. I ordered the large in long and they fit him perfectly! The waist sat a little higher than normal pants (as you would hope, no snow in the butt during snow play please). There are plenty of pockets, which is helpful when he will be using these to hunt in the snow. The insulation on them is great, I don't think even my husband will get cold and let me tell you, he always gets cold. Lastly, the brown color is really appealing, I prefer it in person than on the website. It is a great almost camo brown and is a nice change from the boring black and gray ski pant. I'd buy if I were you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants for skiing or snowboarding. I've put a full ski season on these pants and they've been great. The warmth is somewhere in the middle for an insulated pant: they're not ultralight and they're not belay-pants warm. While they're definitely breathable, they're not as breathable as a Pro-Shell or eVent if you really start to sweat. Overall, they've been great for the "average" New England ski day. If it's in the digits or below, you'll still feel it a bit in these. The outer fabric is quite durable. Mine have been through several bushwhack-y tree runs without a scratch. The built-in gaiters form a nice seal around your boots and stay in place well. I'm 6'2" / 170 and the medium tall/long are the perfect size. The legs are little baggier than they look in the photo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mt. Washington Capable I climbed Mt. Washington on January 2nd with these pants and a insulating baselayer. They did excellent. It was -20 FH ambient, and -60 with the windchill. 75mph windgust, I didn't feel a thing! They are well manufactured and feel extremely sturdy. They are not ment for people trying to cut back on weight or skimp on warmth, they are warm! If you get too warm just unzip the vents. The built in gaitors work great and I ended up not using the gaitors I brought along. Not too many pockets, but I have no complaint with that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ski pant with a baggy fit, but not quite snowboard pant bagginess I love this pant. I am 5'10", 155 lbs and wear a small. The pant is big enough to allow for comfortable layering and freedom of movement, but not so big that you have to worry about ripping seams if you go too big. The waist is really adjustable and the outer pant cuff fits over the top of my Salomon boots well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ammount of Insulation? How heavyily insulated are these pants? Are these designed for riding lifts in -10 or are they a more all around pant that can be vented and used for mild hiking and on warmer blue bird days?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect snowpant These pants are warm and functional, but they don't make my husband look like a dork! He has used them for skiing and playing in the snow with our kids... perfect item!
