Baseball tee’s used to have 5/8ths of a sleeve before the pitcher was called a hurler and the 2nd baseman was called a bodie. It wasn’t until baseball players started using non-fat oatmeal that they lengthened their sleeves to 6/8ths which is just a fancy way of saying 3/4ths.
