I searched local stores for a decent disc for days. Lo and behold! Moosejaw has a finer quality flyer...and it doubles as my night light! Take that boogeyman!
I just got this a few days ago, it has been way too sunny and nice to not toss a disc around. It's a little lighter than my old disc, but it flies well with not too much effort. You can supercharge it with a camera flash a couple times and it will glow pretty well. Obviously letting it sit in the sun all day is better... but whatever works!
Great disc. Throws well, flies well, etc. My only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that the glow isnt extremely strong, and doesnt really last that long. You can play longer during sunset and stuff, but if you're wanting midnight frisbee you need to get the flashflight option with actual lights....or bring a flashlight to shine on this one in between throws. Either way it says moosejaw, so buy it....or dont and say you did.
I love this disc. Not only is it a very reliable disc; It also illuminates in the dark!(Bioluminescence I'm guessing, must have taken a lot of plankton to make it!) It is also a lot bigger than I expected(roughly 11 inchs in diameter) , so my girlfriend has no excuse when it hits her in the face.
I got this to replace my last disc, which my friend threw in the river. Compared to the discraft utrastar this seems a little heavier around the edge and lighter in the middle. Its a matter of preference, but I like this better. I find it easier to throw accurately in the wind. The only problem is it makes it a little more prone to taco-ing when it hits hard objects like trees at high speeds. Glow is a nice bonus feature.

This is a wonderful frisbee. It's not flimsy or light-weight like a lot of other frisbees, and like I was afraid it might be given that it's branded (all those promo freebie frisbees that don't fly worth a damn). Not to fear! With this frisbee you get good heft, good flying, pretty colors, and Moosejaw pride.
Ok, So I love the planet as much as the next guy, but I looked at this disc and thought, this cannot be that great, the recycledness of it probably makes it float weird or catch a weird current or only fly away from air pollution or something. BUT GUESS WHAT?? Its an awesome disc to chill out on the beach in the summer and just throw around. The ladies will love that its recycled also!

This is great for playing on the beach. I can never seem to get my kite to fly so this is the next best thing. Plus, my dog actually get to chase something.
