"Windproof Truth" 11/24/12

My favorite vest, hands down. It packs quite small yet the windstopper fabric makes it incredibly helpful in keeping the core warm in windy places. The material is semi-stretchy, so it flows with the activity.I must declare that I am a part of the W.L. Gore Mountaintechs product testing program. However this item was purchased apart from the program and my knowledge of the technology only makes me appreciate this vest further. It truly is a great piece of equipment.The one weakness I've found is that the zippers aren't super durable. I blew one out in the first month I owned it, now I have to remember to not close that pocket all the way or terrible things could happen...
